    sorry i cant show a screenshot because the disc for the game isnt in right now, so ill just describe it. after the checkpoint with the 5 key coin things is where it is located. as you go up, you will see 4 blocks horizontaly across the bottom at some point. break them somehow(there are multiple ways such as the cat suit or tanooki suit), crawl past them, and you shall find what you seek.
