THIS GAME IS A SCAM!

now, i dont hate the smash bros. series as a whole. but i draw the line here. ITS ALL A BUNCH OF MARKETING! think about it, they remake FF 7, cloud mysteriously shows up in smash. oh, im sorry, you wanted king k. rool. WELL YOU GET A MII COSTUME. all it is is a SCAM!!!!!!!!! cant you just be glad a smash on wii u exists istead of wanting a million more characters?

    K rool is a lame character. He's just a bowser rip off that hasn't been relevant since the 90s. He's Nintendo's least memorable villain

    Ain't it the whole point of Video Games in general? Getting money, just by putting any Mario or Pokemon characters in Smash Bros or any Video Game Crossover will make money. Corrin, Cloud and Bayonetta are in Smash 4 DEAL WITH IT. The reason I think King K Rool is only a Mii costume is because Sakurai hasn't really thought of a moveset for him yet, Wait untill Smash 5.

    @Cainy's right Calling Smash a scam just because they promoted fighters is like calling everything that costs money a scam because that's how people make a living Let's make this clear, the entire roster is a promotion towards their series but Roy, Cloud & Corrin were promoted for the RELEASE of their games. Either way they all try to introduce you to their series so i dont see why you avoid that

    its not that i didnt get the characters i wanted its the fact that there were 3 smashes before this one and they didn't have any DLC, and now we suddenly have some in this one. yes, you have a crossover. but making the player have to spend more money to get somthing they'll forget they had in a week anyway is just plain wrong. thats why.

    That's not wrong. The game came with over 50 characters that's great for a fighter. There's nothing wrong with the developers wanting to make more content after the game releases and they're not just going to give away their work for free

    Thats the whole point of DLC. The characters take time and effort, Nintendo also had to get the other companys approval for those characters to be in Smash. I think Sakurai, Nintendo and the other companys that had their character in Smash deserves the extra money.

    i get that. the approval of other companys makes sense. but when they give you pointless DLC that takes like 3 seconds to program and charge 2 dollars for it. thats when its wrong. (the mii hoodie from smash to be specific)

    So? They're the quickest and easiest thing to make and they're popular. It's not like they're major game changing content or anything a lot of games sell costumes like that as dlc

    If you don't like them don't buy them. I also think they cost too much considering that they don't do anything so I didn't buy any.
