    No, there isn't, I'm afraid! Cheapest would be just to buy the standalone fighter for whichever game you have/prefer, but the Bundle #1 gives you Mewtwo/Mii costumes for less than if you bought them separately. :D

    Yes there was. You had to be a club nintendo member and own both copies of smash 4 on Wii U/3ds and register them before the end of club nintendo in spring of last year which unfortunately already ended along with club nintendo's closing permanently, so you'll have to buy him off of eshop along with the other dlc fighters or just get the bundle that comes with him.
