The room in the depths of the Rockmole's Burrow is actually considerably more dangerous if you're in a Skell, since the powerful indigens in there will all aggro on you in a Skell but won't if you're on foot. Which means you're safe to collect dozens of Cane Soils and Rock Armadillos without any disruptions.

    But if you keep going in a circle with your Skell, all enemies will disappear other than the Tyrant.

    It won't ever notice your Skell unless you're in the air. It's a really good place to grind for credits.
