why are the graphics so bad on this verson?

i have a app called namco arcade and it has the arcade version of this game on it but it looks better than the nes version but the nes had the same graphics as arcade games so why are these graphics so bad

    NES games normally had worse graphics than the arcade versions. Arcade machines were actually more powerful than home consoles back then. That's why the NES version of Donkey Kong only has three levels instead of four.
