I just recently made Doctor Mario one of my mains and wanted to know if anyone has anyone combos that can rack up some damage

up smash -> up smash is a great combo :p seriously, this works at low %.

You shouldnt use combos as they are predictable.Instead use mixups as your opponents wont suspect a thing!
