Question

What happens after MMZ 4?

What happens between Zero 4 and ZX 1? We know that 200 years pass between the two events, but it isn't know how Ceil made the biometals. So what do you think happens?

Oh, and Matthew, the Biometal aren't look-alikes. They are the consciousness of X, Zero, and the 4 Guardians. It is possible that Zero's soul became a Cyber-elf like X's, and that seems like a reasonable explanation.

well, ethan has good theorys then, but seriously. why is inti creates relesing a megaman game thats not mega man zero 5, am i the only one waiting for that game?

the zero series sadly ended over 10 years ago. inti creates originally intended for it to be one game, but capcom pushed for a sequel. so inte creates made zero 2 and 3 to wrap up the series. but after those games, capcom wanted ANOTHER sequel. so inti creates made zero 4, but in order to prevent capcom from demanding more sequels, they killed zero at the end.

inti creates better make mm zero five and also if they didnt want to make more megaman games, then why the hell are they making mighty number 9??!?!? thats bull and zero better be alive, zero x ciel is one of the best shippings ever and im not letting it die now

Um... Matthew. Mighty No. 9 isn't a Mega Man game. While they have the same creator and are VERY similar, they are completely separate series. Also, do you mind using better English...?

saying mighty number nine isnt a megaman game is like saying halo isnt a shooter. not to metion mighty number nine is on every megamans history list as the latest game.

@matthew: zero died [for real] in zero 4, so they can't make zero 5. and where did you read that history list? because they take place in separate universes. think about it. since capcom owns the rights to megaman, comcept couldn't make it in the megaman universe without capcoms approval. and capcom has had no part in the development of mighty no 9.

Also, @matthew, FPS is a genre. Mega Man is a series, not a genre. The comparison of Halo not being a shooter to Mighty No. 9 not being a Mega Man game doesn't work.

it works very well if you think about it because im not comparing two games, plus they could totally make a zero five, who said he had to die? all you see is his broken helmet anyway. you could make ciel or any of the other reploids characters. its not that hard :(

the zero series officially ended with zero 4. the best you can get to a sequel is the zx series or azure striker gunvolt.

There is a fan made game in the works right now where you play as Ciel using biometals Z and X. Just look up Project RCL or Rockman Ciel. I would be satisfied if this bridged the gap between Zero and ZX well.

yes 200 years did pass of the war between neo arcadia and dr.weil and ceil and her dig team came across the crash site and discovered the biometal model w which has the power to manipulate humans and reploids but mostly master albert already was working on the master plan for biometal model w years before the first ZX (fyi master albert is based on Albert Wesker and Wily lol)

Also, if they made another Mega Man Zero game with another character as the protagonist, the game wouldn't be Mega Man ZERO.

Exactly. Even a game that technically featured Zero as a main character, Megaman ZX, isn't a Megaman Zero game.

From what I know, Zero was caught up in the flames of Ragnarok, Dr. Wiel's soul combined itself with a fragment of Ragnarok (I think) Also the reploids and the humans start to live peaceful and happy lives

they would probably make a plot twist for mmz 5 and say that omega was not the real zero and you play as the original original that would also make a better explanation for how ciel made zeros ai thingy get in the biometal or how she got it in the first place

they will not make another zero game and now that i think about it ciel probably made the biometal model z from a chip found in zeros helmet from the ending of zero 4
