Why do people like smash 4

Graphics are below standards. Literally like one new mode. No new additions to gameplay at all. Targets SUCK! Classic Mode isnt even Classic anymore No subspace/adventure Only certain characters have combos. Edge Mechanic SUCKS(opinion) 90% of characters can recover from anywhere. Dont get it

Moreover, Brawl had more new stages than smash wiiu, smash wii u has more past stages than new stages, its recycled levels. Brawl had more levels and an entire adventure.And in the adventure mode, it has more content than smash wii u alone. Plus it went on co-op so its even a multiplayer mode. Brawl had WAAAAAAAY more to do than smash 4. - - >

The only thing smash 4 has more of than brawl is characters and stages, which even stages are arguable because most of them are recycled from old games. Im still dumbfounded about how you can possibly believe that melee had bad graphics for its time when it was hailed by EVERYONE for its graphics. The only negative thing mentioned about graphics in melee is on a few stages with low polygon counts.

Luigi's Mansion looks great, and its like his unique design and voice in that game were completely ignored, and that game came out before Melee. I literally could not care about how the game looks, but I have had many other Gamecube games that look better. I don't even know why we're talking about them when you mentioned Crusade.

I said doesn't look good for its SYSTEM, not TIME. N64 games were still being made until 2003. For its time, Melee looked pretty good, and so does the Wii U game. I had played Brawl for so long, that I was set on its appearance. When I saw this game for the first time, my eyes needed to adjust to how brightly colored and shiny almost everything is. And with that, I'm done talking about graphics.

If you count the Wii U's playable modes, it has more than Brawl. There's also Online having more options, 23 masterpieces, and 55 Solo Events, excluding 2-Player ones, both of which have individual rewards, and tell you how to progress farther.

LUIGI'S MANSION??? As a HUGE fan of luigi's mansion and it being my first gamecube game. And you say melee has bad graphics and use lugi's mansion as an example of better?? Ok lets get real. Brawl 41 events excluding 2player ones. 31 stage adventure mode, each level spanning about 5 to 6 different areas and roughly 9 to 10 secret collectibles in each stages. 10 Bosses, A boss battle mode, 14 masterpieces, 5 target stages, Offline tournament Mode. Get Real Bro - - >

Really? the fact that you had to reach for masterpieces to talk about the games content just shows how hard its lacking. The game was rushed and is lacking in content. Stop damage controlling and pretending like it isnt. The game has a whole 10 extra gigs to work with on its disc. Brawl doubled its disc. Come on

Collin My problem is that no one voices it and they all try to damage control it or make excuses. That tells the devs that next time around, they can just shorthand it again because fans will just eat that up. I HATE when people let devs get away with things that they shouldnt be.

These are all my game opinions, but do I hate on them and want other people to do the same? NO. I'm going to stop now, only because you've gone so low to resort to bullying. This game is NOT a rushed mess. It doesn't have glitches galore every time people play it. Some are exploits, some RARELY happen when people don't want them to, but when was the last time a game was 100% glitch-free?

Me and other people have acknowledged some points you've made, but all you've done is just lash back at us. Here's what I should've said in the first place: Lots of people don't even play those modes and some do enjoy playing them, and there's a point where creativity runs out. That's just the way the world works, and we don't always have control over it.

This shouldn't even be an argument to be honest. The future of gaming is at stake thanks to the way mobile gaming exists and if we are going to argue about entitlement and articulating the tiniest details out of every single molecular cell over a game that isn't a million percentage perfect, then would we be just like the gridlock in the big house?
