    It would indeed be a money printer, but music licensing issues (some of the Sonic 3 tracks) might make it impossible. We don't even have a remake on smartphones yet, unlike 1, 2, and CD.

    Well, color me surprised; ex-members of the S3 music team came out and said "Yes, Michael Jackson had worked on S3's music.". Now what will Sega themselves do, having either brushed off or outright LIED in response to inquiries? Difficult position that could affect their standing with the fans, as well as the chances of an S3&K remake. (Personally, I'd ask myself "WWMJD?".)

    Well the Android/iOS versions of Sonic 1, Sonic 2, and Sonic CD aren't remakes as much as they are ports. The only difference I see is the portability and the smooth rotation in the special stages unlike the Sonic 1 special stages that have a .5 second delay between rotations.
