    Yeah weather I have yet to figure out how it works other than wait around. I need rain in primordia for 1 tyrant and when it starts to rain in NLA and I fast travel out, there is no rain where I need it!

    Go to the closest fast travel to where you need to go. Then just fast travel to that repeatedly til you get the correct weather you need. Each time you fast travel the weather might change.
