Um, what is going on here? I'm equipped with a Photon Saber, so I shouldn't be able to put Javelin arts on the palette. Yet somehow Arcing Horn is on my palette. When I try to use it in battle, I can't, since I don't have Javelins equipped at the moment. Weird.
