In most modern shooters, the single player mode is just a tutorial to get you ready for the multiplayer. Splatoon is little different in that regard. While there's nothing truly wrong with that, I remember older shooters like Timesplitters 2 on the Gamecube. A shooter with very substantial single-player content. I just hope that a Splatoon sequel could have more content for single player.
