    (cont) target's current HP when used by a Pokémon with Strong Jaw. -Octillery gets a Mega Evolution. The primary stats increased are Defense, Special Attack, and Special Defense, and it has an Ability which increases the damage dealt by beam moves by 50%. -Dragon-type and Steel-type Eeveelutions. -Also, you can't forget Mega Luxray. Don't know what it would be like though.
