Investigation of the anomaly that occurs in Noctilum waters for any unaware BLADEs has had a concluding breakthrough. It seems Energy Mist has an unexplained Weather Effect on most - if not all - water sources within the region that allows Skells to recover fuel. If you weren't aware of this yet and have a Skell, I hope you find this helpful.
