Save File Glitch!!!

I own a New 3DS and Smash for about a year now. And I constantly get the "Game Card was Removed" screen out of nowhere. It's been happening more and more frequently, and even shows up when I only put my DS into sleep mode. Once, it showed up 3 times in a row while it failed to load Smash Bros, and it erased all of my save data out of nowhere. I still have no idea what happened.

    Extra Info: I own the PHYSICAL copy, not the digital. This has happened to me once before, and somehow the data returned out of nowhere the next day. :/ Anyone know how to fix this? Does it have something to so with the New 3DS? Please help!

    I have both New 3DS and Physical SSB and this has never once happened to me. Could be a defected model or maybe there is an issue with the game.
