    I dont know why. the day i got my 3ds i could play regular ds content. Try emailing or calling nintendo

    Sometimes mine don't work (mainly pokemon diamond) and nothing is wrong with it. When this happens I hold blow the game part of the DS and hold it in for while. It takes a few tries. If that doesn't work I don't know.
