Question for Fatal Frame fans (SPOILERS INSIDE!)

So I finished 11th drop, and Miku's 3rd note implies that she was in love with Mafuyu (her bro from FF1), and that she got ghost married to him for that reason...and Hisoka's files indicate that Miu's dad is unknown...so does that mean Miu's father is really...?

    Originally, Miu's father was supposed to be Kei Amakura from Fatal Frame 3. Not sure if it's implied to be the case, or they changed it to make Mafuyu the father.
