Continuing my quest to analyze Octarian civilization, I proceed to Octo Valley's third surface area. This place resembles an abandoned warehouse district, and I do mean "abandoned" since there's no life here except me and a couple trees. Octarians must've been up here at some points in time, though, going by the graffiti. That's one thing Inklings and Octarians have in common: taste in street art.
