    I think that's where you pick up clothes that you asked him (or is that a girl?) to get for you. If you talk to anyone you see in the main area, there will be an option to order whatever they're wearing. It's usually more expensive than the normal store, though.

    So, you just talk to one of the inklings in the main area, and this comes up. Push X to bring up the Order screen if they're wearing something you like.

    Then, you just pick which one you want. Yo can pick it up from the spiky-head-person the next day. The only thing is, it's really expensive, and all this stuff is sold in the regular stores anyway.

    I think (not sure, though) that ordering it will get you clothes with those same exact abilities already unlocked. Maybe? Also, sometimes it takes forever for the stores to get something you want. So, I once ordered someone's headphones because I got tired of waiting for them to show up in the normal shop.
