Broken ai again?

This might just be me, but I feel the ai is somewhat broken like when the game launched. I mean level 9 cpu which most of the time can't be touched in the air due to perfect dodges, perfect blocking and rolling, and if the cpu has a character with a counter, perfect last second counters. Again, this may just be me and I understand level 9 cpu is meant to be hard.

    hard is one thing, but the CPUs are kinda cheap. i still beat them, but it's kinda annoying sometimes.

    They are a little cheap. The AI can actually read you button inputs and will react accordingly. So don't feel too bad if you felt like you were cheated by the computers.

    You're both right guys. It pisses me off that the cpu can read inputs at last second. This reminds me of the cheap cpu in mortal kombat 3
