How slow can the game go?

What if there was a bayonetta with smash activated who slowed an opponent and also grapped the time item that makes things slow? Would the slowness stack up or overlap?

    The slowest the game can go is 0FPS. Use the Amiibo Climbers glitch to control 8 characters in 8-player Smash, Select Olimar/Alph, go to a stage, and throw your now 24 Pikmin.
