    New, no. The NX version is most likely going to be a port over version of the WiiU with the DLC characters being available on the disc, new content added, another controller option added, and maybe a new small mode(maybe something amiibo related).

    As they should, new content means another chance of their characters making it into SSB(unless they break Sakurais main rules).

    I can probably see another Smash game a little bit later on, like 5 or 10 years probably, but I don't think it'll be the first game released for NX. But then again, who knows
