Pokemon has 6 reps, Mario has 14 reps. Fire emblem deserved 6 reps.

    They had a problem with 6 FE reps because it's not as popular as the likes of Mario & Pokémon. Personally, I think the number of reps should be based off not popularity, but rather, potential that rep has of being in Smash.

    or we can enjoy the fact that there are 58 freaking characters in this game each has its own playstyle. i didnt know who robin and lucina was when they was announced but i welcomed them because more characters the better. all this representation and entitlement nonsense is petty and immature. im thankful for what sakaurai has done

    Corrin actually feels more like a lance/rapier class fighter to me. Yes he/she carries a sword, but notice how said character performs more thrusts and jabs then slashing about. They maynot carry a lance, but Corrin pretty much has it built in. A much more convenient method then walking around with a large scure.

    "FE doesn't deserve 6 reps like Pokemon" Because fans can TOTALLY decide what this game "deserves" Because Sakurai TOTALLY made a rule that lets only "deserving" franchises join. If that were the case, there'd be no Earthbound, Starfox, and retro fighters (Duck hunt G&W R.O.B) "There's too much FE" Sakurai TOTALLY set a limit on how many 1st party reps can be in Smash. You fans are a trip.

    K.Rool? The croc that was NEVER relevant since the 90's? THAT'S better? You sure? Krystal? The character from a game that was NEVER mentioned/relevant to Nintendo until Starfox 0's 2015 announcement?     Don't forget the TV show. Nintendo showed their true feelings for him once they brought back Donkey Kong Country with most of the Kongs and they replaced him with someone else. Video game wise, they ditched him

They're as generic as a number of other nintendo characters, it's funny how some people try to act like they're somehow deep when they're all 1 dimensional. Only Krystal, Peppy, Pigma, Andross, and Pepper have a shred of backstory. I'm just saying
