Patched Characters: Roy & Weight Changes

Today I'll go over both Roy's changes in the 1.1.4 patch and characters that had a change in weight, as that was the only change they had. Leggo.

    Roy (all of these are buffs): Nair landing lag: 13 → 11. Fair landing lag: 15 → 13 Uair landing lag: 16 → 14 Bair landing lag: 19 → 16 Dair landing lag: 28 → 23 Double Edge Dance improved. The first hit hit one frame earlier, on frame 6, and has one frame less endlag on both groung and air (IASA: 42/32 → 41/31). Verdict: Roy has been buffed, with less landing lag on aerials and a better Side-B.

    Here are characters and their weight changes: Ganondorf: 112 → 113. Kirby: 77 → 79 Rosalina and Luma: 78 → 77 Shiek: 85 → 84. Also, Vanish has less KB scaling (104 → 102), and a smaller hitbox size. Sonic: 95 → 94 ZSS: 81 → 80 Also, Boost Kick has less KB growth (220 → 209) and sends opponents at a 48º angle.
