Stopping My Rage + Help Please?

I need help! I love games, but I lose a lot. My opponents are sore winners, and I rage to the point of hating myself for not being good enough. Can anyone help me with advice? Please help?

    Learn to give up. Some people are not good at fight games and have no talent for it. If your not a competitive gamer play RPG's, or dont go online on smash just work on treasure hunt and 100%. But if you dont want to be competitive I could give you some tips

    Well, if you want to improve, there's plenty of ways. If you have any interest in exploring the competitive side of Smash to improve your game, there's a ton of general gameplay guides and characters guides to go around, both written and in video form, and watching expert players can teach you a lot as well. Beyond that, try to keep a cool head and take a breather every now and again.

    I've had time to think more, and maybe my real problem is very low self-esteem. I lose to sore winners so much I end up hating myself, and then I become the bully; to me. Any advice on not hating myself?
