Little Mac has good recovery (only if stages have a wall on each side. Example: Arena Ferox.) Because Little Mac can wall jump

@Huston, go up against a relentless LM and you will see them utilize the wall jump followed by a up or side special to get back on.

I know how to wall jump. The point is if he can't reach the wall, he's done for. I just feel that he needs a slight buff in his recovery to at least survive a tad bit longer.

Well, in the original post, you said a HUGE buff. But a slight buff, like increasing Up-B's height by, like, an inch or two, could work.

Because if this is going to be the last update, it should be fair to the other characters in the areas that make sense to buff a tad bit. There is a reason why people main the high/top tiers.

I'm thinking extending the projectile invincibility by a few frames for his side B can be helpful to punish projectile happy players. And maybe a slightly higher damage threshold for his heavy armor during his straight lunge.

His counter can also be used as a recovery, if and only if he has been hit. It just matters if your facing in front of the stage.

I remember when this game came out and people were freaking out because Little Mac was supposedly overpowered, even though he was basically useless anywhere but the center of the stage on the ground. I blame For Glory and its silly Omega stages. Get some platforms in there, guys.

Little Mac is supposed to be a glass cannon. He has tons of power and potential on the ground, but once you're in the air, say goodbye to your stock. You can't have a character who's the best at everything.

I don't think this will be the final update ever, even if they don't release any more DLC. There will probably be at least one more balance update a while after the new characters come out, after they see how people use them and what needs tweaking.

cloud's limit break may be similar to the KO punch, but no where near the same. cloud can charge limit break and can use it with all of his specials (none of which are a guaranteed KO, plus Finishing Touch is pretty dang hard to hit) little mac's can't be charged, it replaces his neutral B, and it's pretty much an instant KO if you land it correctly.
