that explains a lot. not sure why wind waker HD didn't get over at least 2 million sales. and how come the 3DS sold more copies of smash then wii u did? l guess since the game was on the 3DS people would've rather been forced to buy the cheaper console to play the game. even if it was on unfitting hardware. that was a major opportunity loss for the spike in wii u sales during the smash craze. :\

l personally think making 2 versions hindered the latest smash installment. having to limit the roster by separating shiek and zelda and removing the ice climbers because the 3DS couldn't handle it doesn't sit well with me. they could've made 1 amazing version of smash 4 instead of just 2 good ones. besides, super smash bros. isn't really a 'on the go' or multitask kinda game.

I personally question if the Ice Climbers were left out due the limits of the 3DS... Nintendo had to make the 3DS version, the Wii U sale numbers are too low while the 3DS numbers are quite good (overall). mr_jel@ Well, I would say something is better than nothing, so I wouldn't mind just getting free games and eShop credits :-). Still... I can't complain now as I am finally getting a service like My Nintendo ;-). (I never experienced Club Nintendo as we Scandinavians haven't been a part of Club Nintendo since 2000 or so I think. Can't complain now). So yeah ^^.

Yeah. As much as I enjoy pokemon, I can only play 1 game per generation otherwise I get bored. Especially this time as I spent almost 300 hours in Y completing the game and the entire Pokedex. lol

Star points thing we had wasn't great. I mainly used the points to buy credits for Wii Shop. Physical items were often cheap 'poundland' or so over priced with low stock numbers they were pointless...

Steve@ Wow o.o , nice ^^. I have to say that I am amazed that you put so many hours into Pokémon Y and I really admire you in terms of dedication :-). (Have also said to myself, only one game per generation after I got a bit bored). mr_jel@ I see. Still... I wanted the Smash CD as I have both version and the Zelda jigsaws ;^;... that's why I am excited now as I can get at least some things :-D.

So you didn't mean your compliment then? lol ;-) Yeah, I had a friend who was filling the dex at the same time, which made things a lot easier. Had to do some very risky trades as well to complete it though, like trading 2 shiny Pkmn online for an Arceus. I mainly just did it for bragging rights. :-D

In USA I dont think miitomo is really a good idea mainly because too many parents let their kids have mobile phones paired with miis in the app being total blabbermouths phone numbers, credit card or other dangerous info could wind up in the wrong hands.Nintendo had better have thought of some safety measures for this app before making it.

Steve@ You know that isn't what I meant ;-). (My problem is that my some of humor doesn't translate too well into a text format). Either way, nice ^^. You are lucky with that you could collaborate with your friend, so you both could fill up the Pokedex :-). Well you can brag now and then, but not too much you know ;-).

Cody@ As far as we know now, we don't know if there will be a human to human chat only Mii/human to Mii based on your answers ;^^. Miitomo is just meant to be between your real life friends, if not Miiverse/Wii U friends as well :-). I understand your concern Cody, but right now it doesn't seem like we have to worry to much about kids sharing too much personal information ;-).

Answered. (Was planning to send out this comment before, but got a phone call). Anyway, I will be away a lot tomorrow and will have a really busy week next week (not everyday though I think), so I don't know how much I will be on, but I should at least be able to check Miiverse 2 times a day and probably more a bit more even if I am fairly busy :-).

(Clicked on the wrong notification and should have deleted my comment on my alt so I didn't get this bump ;^^). Also on Miitomo, it seems like Miitomo is mostly just a topic/conversation starter and not really for chatting, but I could imagine a closed chat function in Miitomo :-). If anyone ask me I don't think Miitomo will fail as a app, but how long it can keep our focus is a bigger question.

(This news came out fairly just now). Kimishima think the 3DS will become a important system in the next period (financially I guess) and says that there are more large scale titles that aren't announced for the 3DS yet. For the Wii U he also hopes that more games will receive the same kind of good reputation like Mario Maker and Splatoon in the next period as well.

Kimishima/Nintendo is wondering on how customers(us fans?) will evaluate their mobile apps and he believes that it is important for the customers to be able to recognize various of IPs. There wasn't much talk about the NX, but Nintendo are thinking about various developments and plans towards the system’s release, so Kimishima thinks the NX will need even more investments than right now.

I have to say this is good news and I am pleased :-). Also will be away for many hours today, which has something to do with why I am up so early on a Sunday ;^^. Still I will be able to be on Miiverse past 9PM/21.00 I think, which should apply a bit for next week as well :-). (A few days I might login on 10PM/10.30PM plus though due to birthday parties. Looking forward to them ^^. Bday in May).
