Nintendo usually realease everything based on Eastern Time Right?

So That Means People in the Other time Zones(like me) get them early! 'Cause when it's Midnight there,it's only Nine o'Clock here! Sweet!!!

Actually, I think they go by Pacific time, but I could be wrong.

I think Nintendo has it set up so that the DLC content will be released in an area when its time zone strikes 12AM.

all the dlc content will be released everywhere at the same exact time. and just because it is midnight eastern time WONT mean the dlc will come then. that fact has been proven from time to time with other games [including smash]. it may be released midnight, but i wouldn't get your hopes up.
