Question

Frozen Wii U while using Youtube?

I just had a big scare because the program just froze and only the home button worked. I closed Youtube, opened it again and resumed watching a video, but it went frozen again and I had to turn off the console. But after turning it back on there was no menu! I had to unplug the Wii U for a few minutes to restore the menu. Help please, thanks!
