    There's a 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000001% of this happening, but what if we got Pichu for free when we update tomorrow? Pichu is so bad, he's not worth money, free DLC never gets put on the Smash website, sometimes Sakurai keeps secrets from us and sometimes the things he says aren't true.

    It's still possible they might release more DLC for other reasons. However, DLC for updating the game seems to be over.
