    Answer: You rub the baby, & if it works, it works. Now if it doesn't, try that peekaboo button. That's all I know.

    LOL! I know how you feel! From my experience, I noticed there is a pattern. You can't rub the baby while he/she is crying. It won't help! Play Peekaboo and keep your hands over your face for about 2 or 3 seconds and repeat! Hopefully I helped! ;)
