    they stated it'd be in the afternoon days in advance, and maintenance is from 4:30-6:30 PT, so theres that [doesn't necessarily mean dlc wont come earlier, but it might come in that time frame]

    no it isn't... its 4:50. i stated 4:30-6:30 PACIFIC time... your [and maintenance is actually from 4:50-6:30, not 4:30, so my bad there]
