    i agree... and i dont. Layton hasnt been too well known for Violence (Other than his Swordplay) which would essentially make another sword reliant character (looking at you Link, Toon Link, Corrin, Roy, Lucina, Marth, Ike, and Mii Swordfighter) i feel like Sora or Isaac woud be better (note how i didnt list Robin Earlier)

    He could be more unique than just a fencer. His attacks could involve puzzles or puzzle elements.

    True, he has potential to be unique as Olimar, but puzzle based attacks... that would be his flaw as well (what will he do, fling puzzle pieces?)
