    If you only want to put drawings on Miiverse, I'd say go for it, but you're limiting yourself. I personally recommend Colors 3d, as I believe it has a better interface and overall results from my experience using it. I've only used Comic Workshop these past few days after having it downloaded for a pretty long time. Art Academy is also something to look out for, though I haven't used it myself.
