Miiverse strictness.
Im getting a little fed up with miiverse strict ruling! U get easily warned or reported for any little thing, even when u really didn't violate any of the silly rules. This is the main reason why im glad i have other ways to communicate with friends. Although u can u messages to freely talk about anything here but not everybody has a Wii U! >_>

To do so just for a couple views and laughs. Users on here bully people and get bullied and folks complain but never use the block button or report people it's sad really. NINTENDO thought reducing comments and banning multiple accounts would deter these sort of things but in actuality only made things worse as people have continued to find a way to get around these things and continue to use

@M4th- Yep. If you select yourself on the 3DS FL, you can write a very short message. If two friends are on at the same time in their FL they can easily send messages to each other. I've done it loads of times when a 3DS only friend was banned. It's not a perfect system, but it gets the job done. Well, apparently Nintendo saw too many kids send bad messages to each other. So they figured the...

Miiverse not as gaming social media but what NINTENDO did not want so basically miiverse is Facebook to a lot of people. I patiently await Nintendo's next misguided attempt to restrict us further in an attempt to fix things and discipline folks M14

M4th I agree with you. Nintendo still has weird solutions with online community. It doesn't make sense that you can exchange FC in WiiU but not for 3DS. It seems like Nintendo lives in another age, they are still not completely fit for online. And this stupid spoiler-reporting when you don't even post a spoiler! Sometimes I suspect that a jealous or silly follower likes to report for no reason.

@Hero, you can't call these short messages in the friend list 'communication'

best way to decrease this from happening was make it INSANELY difficult for young kids to become friends with each other. A little harsh perhaps, but effective in it's goal. Ha ha. I just realized that I've already wrote quite a bit in hear. Thanks for the debate everyone. Oh. And if you want to state a complaint, please comment on Tom's Miiverse posts. That's always works so well. Teehee.

A bit off topic, but it fits in with censorship. In Bravely Second they removed the Tomahawk class in the west and replaced it with Cowboy class! For the first time I got angry with a censorship. Isn't this a repression of the native race in America? It's the most stupid decision I saw. I'm still very looking to this game, but this makes me angry.

@summerwind- Using creative abbreviations, and periods to illustrate that more of the message is coming, you'd be surprised what can be done. It's crude, but it works. I once had two MH buddies who were temporarily banned from Miiverse. The 3 of us would meet in the FL and chat. By writing short messages and going back and forth, communication was achieved :)

Thank U for the debate as well Hero i don't usually like to comment too much but sometimes when topics get me passionate like this 1 i can't help it and i speak my mind. I agree with Summer about the messaging thing what your referring to are just status messages. On Wii U u can find out a persons personal Address, Phone #, Email by simply talking thru PM and i could see what they look like to by

Video chatting them. Honestly all problems with adolescent miiverse users can be solved just by having knowledgeable parents set up the Parental controls. My nieces Wii U is downstairs in the living room and its impossible for anyone to add her as a friend or VC with her and i'll keep it that way. Nintendo is a walking conumdrum of contradictions. M14

If you want M4TH, Hero 2.0 can talk with you on the FL if you want to see how it's done :) Like I said, it's crude, but if you're a 3DS only usser and your banned...it's the only way to communicate with your other 3DS friends. I'd better end this debate here. I'm already treading on dangerous ground. M4th, summerwind, always a plessure. Want to MH4U hunt today?

I would create a Miiverse 18/21+ version you have to be 18+ to join and in this version almost every rule is cracked but criminal like ones like threats those will be removed. The Adultverse (as id call it) will ask for proof that you are an adult. Also some communities will be in the Adultsverse only or at least have 18+ versions.

yes CB is hidden now, just saw it. It's really too much with this false reporting. What you can do is, send an email to Nintendo with the admin ID No of your posting and explain. Then the ban should be removed.

@M14, Hero answered for me, Nintendo doesn't want lawsuits. Again, it's money here. And summerwind's advice is solid. Email Nintendo asking for further details, & explain, in a PROFESSIONAL manner, why you feel this should be lifted. Chances are you'll be asked to call them & discuss the matter upfront.
