Lvl 9 CPU Difficulty

How come the Lvl 9 computers are so good now all of the sudden? I can still beat them, but I swear they play like pros on online & spam some. Did Sakurai make them harder?

    I've noticed that too. The lvl 9 Rosalina cpu used to be utter trash but now it's somewhat decent.

    I kinda appreciate the lvl 9 little mac cpu though. It really teaches you how to fight defensively against the character like you should.
