Help!!!!

Please help!!! I bought the two new DLC characters, but they aren't showing up in the roster! Eshop took my money and marked them as bought!!! Can someone please help me sort this out???!!!???!!!

Go to wii u menu, remove disc, re insert disc and relaunch and the software update for the game itself will launch

me to i right taking the disc out and i thought that would update the game up it didn't i was eshop robed me of my money
