buoght bayonetta and corrin didnt show up

so i biught both of them but they didnt show up, ive tried to get smash to update by turning my wii u off, should i hard reset the wii u? ( take out the plug)

    I would go into the eshop and make sure you don't have to redownload the dlc, actually I would just in case. Maybe that will trigger it to finally getting it working.
