Super smash bros. is freezing on start up!

Everytime I load up ssb4 the game freezes on the start up screen with the super smash bros. logo! plz halp!!!

    It's probally my system because my disc is clean and everything. im gonna just do some splatoon for a while... I just really want my bayonetta and corn man.
