I'm not really sure where to ask about this. I was wondering if it would be okay to have Cloud's stage's music playing in a video as long as I include copyright information in the desc. of the video. This is a ssb4 video, and i kinda accidentally left the sound on while recording.

    It'll still occur; either Nintendo takes down the video and give you a copyright strike or monitize the video depending on whether you are a youtube partner or not.

    It doesn't matter; sound or video, it will be taken down or monetized if it's a recent Nintendo game or a classic game available for the Wii U/Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console.

    Are you a youtube partner? If so, then Nintendo will not take down your video, but it will be monetized and you will earn no pay.
