Question

Did they even TRY to playtest Corrin...?!

2 Ways to stun, one leads directly into a combo... a counter... moves as fast as zero suit samus and has no delay in between moves, no penalty for missing a smash.... am i the only one that sees the issue here?....

Also lets not bring Cloud into this. His Limit moves are hard to hit because everyones attacking you cause you have the limit. His recovery is balls, and missing his smashes leaves you wide open. Not to mention that his Up Smash is barely even worth using. His air attacks are hard to spike, and no one has even used his grab. And you barely have any time to charge the limit.

And my Kirby (Who is like 37 in tiers and there is no way you can judge him without getting an argument from me) can beat a Corrin easily. Meta Knight was OP in brawl, but thats the past.

lol you guys are so butt hurt right now you might need to call Chris Hansen im not trolling everything I've said about all characters is true i wish they went back to melee setup anyone could beat anyone in that game. oh and if you blindly follow tiers you already lack in this discussion. All default characters in SSWU are balanced but you cant deny all DLC characters came stacked, no more balance

And I dont follow tiers. You think I follow tiers while using Kirby? Your wrong there. Everyone has a chance in this game, much more then Melee. Melee had so pretty stupid characters and a bunch of OP characters as well.

The DLC characters didn't come stacked. Cloud has some bad moves, also Lucas. Mewtwo to. Im terrible at Mewtwo. Nobody plays Mewtwo any ways. I do think Bayyoneta may have been a little stretched but not to the point of Brawl Meta Knight OP. I haven't played Corrin enough to understand him, but I have beaten him a lot of times.

Hell, kid you need to stop complaining about a character being OP when he hasn't even been out for a week. You assume too much and overextend your opinions. If you think you're so great at COD, and nobody give a flying damn, get out and complain there.

Remember when people thought Mewtwo would be better than Lucario & Greninja? He was good for a time, then he dropped all the way to midtier. This just goes to show that judging a character that hasn't been out that long doesn't work. People are going to find weaknesses as time passes. Complaining about Corrin and Bayonetta isn't going to do you any good.

Not really. I prefer the original Fire Emblem boy to the others, but I've used Corrin enough to tell that he's not broken. He's just good. Heck, he's below Bayonetta, who's number 8 on the tier list (last I checked). Not including her, there's 8 people above Corrin, including the usuals (Sheik, ZSS, Rosalina, Yoshi, Pikachu, Mario, etc.).

Nope, everybody used Corrin when he came out. That's why you're complaining in the first place. Some of us are just plain good at analyzing characters and matchups. I, for one, enjoy it. But you base your opinions off of one or two details, and then whine to the internet. If anything, I have to rate Corrin as the second or third best swordsman, now that Marth and Roy have gotten buffed.

The only flaws were the various glitches Sakurai left in. The DLC characters aren't broken and have their own downsides. Brawl Meta Knight had no downsides and was too powerful. This description doesn't fit Corrin, Bayonetta, or any other DLC character.
