Why doesn't Corrin wear shoes?

I assume it's to show Intelligent Systems can actually make feet in Fire Emblem, but is there a legitimate reason for him/her being barefoot?

    I think its a reference to anime characters to where, if they don't wear shoes, then it means they're a strong fighter or something like that? I don't remember :P

    And just add, Corrin doesn't wear gloves, and the hands can change rather easily and with great speed.

    I have played the Japanese version of the game, it doesn't address the barefoot issue. Maybe in a future DLC map they will bring it up as many are curious or maybe its because the shoes don't morph like the rest of the armor(or maybe He/She just hates shoes).

    From what I've seen, Corrin is pretty light on his/her feet and is quite graceful with movement and agility...like a ballet dancer, I'd say. I wonder if boots would hinder his abilities...

    from what i've heard, corrin has some kind of dragon blood and some dragon morphs that make him barefeet. FEF has the answer to that once u play and get far into the game
