Question

New to Wii, want new controller.

Hey guys, so I'm a first time Wii U owner (I missed out on the original Wii). I want to get a Wiimote and nunchuck, because I want to experience what the original Wii was like. I heard that they are very clunky and aren't very responsive. If someone owns one, would you mind telling me how it is? Also, I love the Wii U gamepad, but want something more traditional.
