    Bayonetta wouldn't be able to kill Ridley. She could soundly defeat him, but Ridley survived a planet blowing up in his face. I highly doubt Bayonetta could legitimately kill him for good.

    I don't recall Ridley appearing in Metroid Fusion. If there was a Ridley there, then that could've been an X parasite taking its shape.
