    It only gets all those kills because it mainly sends up. Most counters hit you at a diagonal angle.

    That's why the hits are stronger. They aren't being dragged across the screen instead they go straight to the ceiling.

    There's also a huge delay on Corn's counter. I think it might be possible to counter the counter, since it doesn't freeze the opponent like Marth's. It would be a very narrow escape, though.
