I accidentally erased all my data what do i do!

I MENT TO HIT COPY BUT I HIT DELETE I WAS ON THE LAST DOUNGEN AND A YEAR WORTH TRYING TO BEAT THE GAME IS DOWN THE DRAIN NOW I HAVE NOTHING WHAT DO IT DO!!!!!
