Dude, I would've liked to have Knuckles in Smash, but we've already got Sonic. He wouldn't be a whole lot different. As other people have mentioned, he's be basically the same, just slower and with more powerful attacks. And Bayonetta and Corrin were popular choices in the Ballot, which is, oh yeah, why they got in. And the part about the spamming - tbh people can spam any character...
