  • Marth and Lucina shared a lot of buffs this patch, but some things Marth got that she didn't was the durations of his jab 1, f-tilt and up-tilt were reduced by 3 frames, and his down smash's duration was reduced by a whopping 10 frames. This makes Marth that much better, and makes the gap between him and Lucina even wider. Sorry Lucina mains...

  • I started looking at the patch notes myself. Ike got minor buffs Roy got buffs Falchions got buffs Corrin in the game This is fire emblem's year! Too bad Robin got unchanged, would of loved his jab combo to be more reliable. characters can hit the ground and block or double jump away before the fire comes. It also gets beat by fast aerials like yoshi's and mario's nair.

  • @Keven: Indeed, I wish that Robin would have been buffed just slightly, if anything his grab lag or grab hitbox. It comes out inconveniently slowly, and has an unreliable combo. For slow opponents you can downthrow+aerial, but even so it almost never works, and I do it more out of habit from other characters than anything else. Really the only true combos Robin has is his tome trappings.

  • *Update to Ike update: -Fair more range (starts above Ike's head and finishes beneath him) -Nair knockback angle changed, 70~80 -Forward smash sourspot damage 17~19, angle 60~57 -Eruption/neutral B active 2 extra frames This shouldn't change gameplay by much, but still should be noted for when performing nair-footstool combos.
