Question

I have an interesting "death battle" question...

Throw everything about Smash Bros gameplay out the window. The characters of Smash4 are now in a real battle to the death, using their true amount of power displayed in their series of games. So, who do you think would come out victorious? Who is the MOST powerful Smasher? And who do you think would be the FIRST to go?

    I'm still trying to decide on who I think would win. Sonic seems like a safe bet, because his Super Sonic form is invincible, BUT he needs a steady supply of rings to keep it going. Mii Fighters would obviously be the first to go. But since that's the easy answer, I think Wii Fit Trainer would be second. Or maybe first.. hard question as well!

    Start the answer with a ballpark. Who do you know would just immediately get rekt? First thoughts are non-fighters. (G&W, R.O.B., Dr. Mario...if he counts anyway)

    I actually did a similar post to this several months ago. Mewtwo would probably wreck everyone, since he's demonstrated the ability to blow up an island instantly (with him still on it), wipe people's minds, teleport himself and/or others long distances, and can suppress traits on a genetic level. Sonic, Bayonetta, Cloud, and Palutena would probably round out the top 5 imo.

    Ooooo good points. Didn't even consider how powerful Mewtwo is. Same with Palutena, being a Goddess and all.

    Think about a character's weakness and see if it could apply in the battle. For example... If Robin learned pokemon type effectiveness, he could deal with Charizard and Greninja fairly easily with his Thunder attacks.

    I've played Bayonetta a bit, and she seems very comparable to Dante from the DMC series. I think Mewtwo would still wreck her, but I can't say for certain until I play through her games.
