Bayonetta vs. Corrin: If you can only get 1.

Phew, now this is a tough one. I honestly like playing as both although I will say that Corrin is a bit easier to just pick up and play. I find that I like Bayo's side B and Smash attacks just a hair more than Corrins, but Corrin comes out ahead in pretty much everyother category. He/She has better combos, specials and mobility. ...cont....

  • With moves like WitchTime and BulletArts Bayonetta is more of a thinking mans character whereas Corrin is easy to just pick up and play. However Bayo does also come with the Umbra ClockTower stage which has quickly become a favorite of mine. ...cont....

  • In the end it depends on what you're looking for if you want a powerful character with good variety than go with Corrin. If you want a character who's slightly complex and will take time to master than Bayonetta is your best bet.

Wait Corrin has better combos than Bayonetta? Bayonetta has more combos than any character in the game. I'd say Bayonetta is better at racking up damage, Corrin is better for early KO's

  • It depends, bayonetta is seen as a character that has a wierd playstyle that usally makes alot of people feel uncomfortable including ZeRo in one of his videos on his first impression on Bayonetta.

  • Bayonetta. She's just such a different and unique character, and so fun to play as, once you get used to her. I'm biased though, as a fan of Bayo who doesn't really care about Fates all that much.

  • That's a tough choice, for me, honestly. I have both of 'em already, so I know how they play. Yes, Bayonetta's good, but I actually prefer Corrin a bit more. I do better with characters that deal more damage in a single hit, as opposed to characters like Bayonetta, who deals damage in numbers of attacks, the only exception being Fox.

  • But Bayonetta's a good character for me, too. Both Corrin and Bayo are characters I have not, by any means, been able to just pick up and play. I need serious practice with the two of them, that much is clear. Bayo's gonna take a while for me to get good with, because, as you said, she's more of a thinking man's character, which is correct. It's just that I'm not much of a thinking man.
